I happened to listen to tapes of Joe Gerard (JOSEPH SAMUEL GIRARD), greatest car salesman known to date. He sold over 13,000 cars in his 15 years and all of those are retail sales.
I feel the best way to handle sales person is go in with maximum amount you are paying for car. Anything above means you are not getting a decent deal on the car.
